Elizabeth is taking NEW patients on a limited basis. Please call to schedule your appointment. New patient appointments can be viewed online but please call with the date and time you are looking for and we will get back to as soon as possible. Pain patients please see Dr Eric.
Prices: Listed prices reflect our prompt pay discount when paying at the time of service. This is typically the maximum you would pay for the service if insurance deductibles are not met or the service or condition is not covered. Actual prices submitted vary and are typically higher.
Insurance: We are in network with BCBS PPO and Medicare only. For other coverage we will happily supply you with a superbill which you may submit to your insurance for direct repayment. BCBS PPO: Please read carefully as patients are regularly given wrong information when calling their insurance company. If you have chiropractic or acupuncture benefits, coverage is typically for musculoskeletal injury/pain only. Consultation visits with Elizabeth including the initial new patient visit are Never covered and we do not submit for these services. Medicare: Dr Eric is able to submit to Medicare for certain spinal conditions when a spinal chiropractic adjustment is performed. This submittable portion of your visit is reimbursed at around $30. Your portion of Dr Eric’s treatments listed below would be the remainder. Elizabeth is not a Medicare provider.
